I think everyone have an idol. Some people may have many some are few. idol can be define as an appearance or representation of a good used as a thing of adoration or a person or thing that is greatly admired and loved. For example, my idol is Steve Jobs. You might wondering why I choose Jobs, right? I choose Jobs because to me he is a great invention to all human. Jobs was an American information technology entrepreneur. Jobs attitude itself inspire me to be like him. He was a very strict person and never gave up on things. Plus, he the one that invented ios which very popular nowadays. Almost everyone using it. You can make a person as an idol when he or she is graetly influence by others. For instance, Oprah Winfrey. And in our country, Malaysia itself also has many great person such as Fadhilah Kamsah and all. Verily, idol can motivate you to be a better person in future life. Moreover, idol can push you to do something that you are not willing to do. For example, when you are a fat person, you want to be slim and you always dreaming of having beautiful body shape like others but then you are slothful to go jog. However, if you do have idol like Jennifer Lopez you might go jog everyday so that you could be like her. So that's how it works! :)

Sadness is normal in human life. But then, no one like and love sadness come and visit them. However, sadness is important in the life of human being. But then again, sadness can make someone’s life memorable. Also, sadness give a big impact to our life so that we do not repeat the same mistakes all over again. Sadness actually can improve your memory. In one field study, we discovered that on rainy, bad days that create bad mood people had a much better recall of details of objects they had seen in a grocery. On lively, fine days when people felt pleased, their memory was far less precise in an alike condition. It seems that positive mood spoils, and bad mood improves attention and memory for related details in our surroundings. At times, sadness can increase your motivation. When we feel content, we obviously want to uphold that happy feeling. Pleasure signals to us that we are in a safe, familiar condition, and that small effort is required to change anything. Grief, on the other hand, works like a mild alarm signal, generating more effort and enthusiasm to deal with a challenge in our surroundings. There’s always something behind everything. I would like to emphasize here that every problem has its own answer. There are several ways to overcome sadness. Kloppers stated that, first of all, connect with friends so that we forget about our blues. Friends can make us laugh. That is so wrong to put yourself alone. This will rise your sorrow. Besides, you have to take enough sleep. Insufficient time of sleep may lead to stress. In addition, train yourself to forgive others. Why do you think forgive others can make your sadness fade? This is because, when you have vengeance towards someone, you’re the one that feel the fury.

Most of all, sadness isn’t a despair. It’s important to ponder that sadness can be beneficial either.

For someone to evaluate you when you meet for the first time, it takes just a swift glance, possibly three seconds, in this brief time, the other person forms a judgement about you based on your body language, appearance, your stances, your character and how you are dressed. If you don't want others misjudge you, first you have to be on time. When you want to meet new person, make sure that you're not late. Because when you are late you tend to give excuse and this will lead the person have wrong impression towards you. Furthermore, you need to present yourself appropriately. People incline to evaluate someone from their outside look. in other words, the way he or she dressed. Approximately, some people are well-ordered, some are messy and chaotic. Plus, a charming smile manage to make others have a great impression towards us since it will make the new person we meet be at ease. No wonder smile is important when it comes to positive first impression. So fellas, let us start smile to everyone from now on :)

First, what is love? Love is a passionate emotion of deep warmth or a person or thing that one loves. If you want to do something, do the things that you like, you love. This will lead you doing something sincerely without complain. Nonetheless, if you do something because of someone told you to do so, the thing will be difficult and complicated. For human being, there must be something he or she afraid of. Fear is an unpleasant feeling caused by the credence that someone or something is dangerous, likely to cause pain, or a menace. Nevertheless, according to an article title Ten ways to fight your fears, we can overcome the fear is expose yourself to the fear. If you keep avoiding from what you afraid of, you will be forever overwhelm by your fear. Just face the fear and it will slowly begin to fade away.

Good morning! Today I want to share with you all about ambition. How to create them, how to pursue them. I will answer that later. Now, what is the meaning of ambition itself? According to a dictionary, ambition define as a strong desire to do or to achieve something, typically requiring determination and hard work. So basically, we can see that the ambitions require big effort as everyone knows. You cannot hunt your ambition if you did not put any struggle in anything, if you just take something for granted. There are many ways to create and improve your ambitions. For instance, emphasis on what you gain instead of what you lose and you have to have confidence in you. You can’t say that you cannot do this because you can’t. However, you have to say that ‘Yes, I can do this no matter what the inhibition is’. Last question is how to pursue ambition? Stewart stated that the answers are finding your why. If it has a strong enough reason why, the practical side of the human brain will always find a way to get what it wishes. Find an archenemy or an idol (I will explain more on next post). At times, we need envy, anger and downright hatred to get us moving toward something.
